Plans have been submitted and passed by the council for a single storey extension and conservatory. Half of exisitng kitchen to be made into a downstairs bathroom (shower/toilet/basin), drain work as manhole cover is currently on patio area of garden and the removal of downstairs chimney breast, with upstairs chimney breast remaining.
WE HAD A LARGE EXTENSION AND CONSERVATORY BUILT BY EXCEL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT, AND FOUND THEM TO BE THOROUGHLY TRUSTWORTHY, HAPPY TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE DURING THE BUILD, THEY WORKED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD, AND WERE ALL AN EXTREMELY HARD WORKING TEAM OF GUYS. WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING EXCEL FOR ANY BUILDING WORK BIG OR SMALL.

I like a fireplace taken out and left open as a show piece,a radiator centralised under the living-room window and an arch put in to match the one i'v already got.I'v got approval from the council for the fireplace and the radiator I don't need any for the arch.
I found Adrian n his Ricky polite n on time. I would recommend them to my family n friends. 10 out of 10 good job.

Entrance way from lounge to hall moved along existing wall about 3ft and door fitted. some wiring from wall light and speaker wiring re-channeled. redecoration of lounge, and laminated floor fitted. we will supply required materials if necessary. The lounge is approximately 15ft X 15ft.
We are very happy with the work carried out by Startrite, We cannot praise them enough, they were very professional, told us step by step how they were going to proceed every day, consulted with us, cleaned up after themselves and even gave us some advice and suggestions that we have taken on board. Nothing was too much trouble, fast and efficient and the price was very reasonable. We have no hesitation in recommending them, and we will certainly ask them back again when we want some more work done next year.

I would recommend slbbrickwork to everyone . Shawn is a great hard working man. was happy in everything that he done for my mum he arranged all the materials and skip at a very reasonable cost kind polite man. he took no deposit and asked for payment at the end of the job . he done exactly what we wanted done at a fast pace. i would recommend Shawn to my friends and family . Was a great pleasure having him working for my mum MRS KHAN
