"Gabriel was extremely hardworking. The task at hand was not easy. It was the removal of a chimney stack in a fully fitted kitchen to install an extractor fan and ducting. He did the job very carefully and was very friendly and to our satisfaction. The initial placement of the lintel was too low and rather than "frigging" it, he consulted us and moved it further up. The job was inspected by building regulations and passed with no issues. Would definately use him again. "

"Michael has undertaken an extensive refurbishment of my home over the last 4 months. This has included: Reposition of a supporting wall and insertion of structural steel beam. Construction of man-hole and related groundworks for en-suite waste. Re-instatement of drive. Construction of en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe Refurbishment of existing bathroom. Re-plastering of majority of house (walls and ceiling) Insertion of x 3 sunpipes Extensive replumbing to en-suite and bathroom and central heating General electrical work Removal and reinstating of x 2 fireplaces Laying of hard wood flooring and tiling Refurbishment of kitchen including retiling of floor and walls. General carpentry work â?? hanging of doors etc General decorating Michael has a team of experienced tradesmen who work along side him. He has project managed the refurbishment of my house and all work was undertaken with due care and diligence. His teamâ??s time keeping was excellent and he and his team turned up when expected. The project has not over-run by any great margin. Michaelâ??s knowledge of suppliers allowed him to source materials at very competitive prices compared with local DIY stores. His work is of a high standard and all unforeseen work was explained and discussed accordingly. Any problems that arose on the project (these were few and small problems) were addressed appropriately and to my satisfaction without any issues. Michaelâ??s quote was competitive and his final bill although greater reflected on the extra work that was undertaken for me and was not excessive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael for all round general building work and refurbishment as he has done for me. He and his team will work well for you and Iâ??m sure to your satisfaction, as is mine. "
