"Out of the three people recommended by Rated People Pat at PJ West was the only person I would recommend. One builder didn't turn up twice and the other guy was of the 'Alright darlin'' school of builders, walking round adding up the quote in his head and changing the price three times.
Pat was friendly and professional in his approach both on the phone and in person. He arrived on time and would phone on route to ensure I was in. His workmanship was good and he checked everything over before he left. I felt happy to leave him and a colleague in the house when I had to pop out to get something and they even cleared up pretty well after.
I would heartily recommend Pat and could well be using him in the future for other works."
