I'm not sure
I live in a mobile home, and have recently noticed the cupboard under the sink seems to be at an angle, it looks like the floor under the sink has rotted.
I was very happy with the way the work was carried out, the guy who did it was very pleasant and efficient, and made sure everything was nice and tidy before he left.

Knock down wall between kitchen and dining room. 10ft x 7ft 6ins support wall. Requires RSJ support. Fill in kitchen door. Knock out cupboard in kitchen non support wall. Needs however support to hold chimney breast. Require french window + 2 side panels double glazed to be inserted in place of existing window in dining room.
Ceiling skimmed and polystyerine tile to be removed. Further Plumbing Work and electrical work required. Also to fit & tile new kitchen area if possible. Drawing supplied if necessary.
Sham & Barry have excellent interpersonal skills and Project Managed my job to a extremely high standard. They brought in additional tradesman to cover electric ,Plumbing and plastering. They were so impressive I had them do further decorative work in my house. They were a pleasure to have as tradesmaen in our house. Another thing to mention is their focus on looking after our personal household items whilst carrying out this work unlike some other builders.

I'm not sure
To build a stud partition wall between hallway and lounge ready for plastering to allow us to reposition our lounge door. Wall to be 2070 x 2030 and to incorporate a doorway and to hang the new lounge door as supplied by us and fit handles .
