"This was a 3 week project that ran over by 6 weeks. Project management was poor after the initial 3 weeks, with workmen and materials not being allocated in a timely fashion. Unfortunately communication from the builder on the progress of the project was also poor. Finishing could have been much better. This is a shame because Design and Build do have the ability overall to carry out a project well but they let themselves and me down on this particular project by not taking enough time and care over the finishing which is key on any project. Having said that all tradesman allocatd to job were polite and courteous at all times and worked hard whilst on the job but the allocating of those workmen was not well planned with days where no-one attended site making progress on the project slower than it should have been. If you are going to use [COMPANY NAME] I would recommend that you have a project manager on site overseeing the project every day to avoid some of the problems I encountered with time delays and issues with the finishing in some areas which could have been easily avoided with a bit more care and attention to providing a better quality finish."
