Semi detached house 3 slanted roof...
End wall beneath side slant roof needs to build up to head height for new stairway....
Dormer roof to rear (or not according to estimate price for job) all internal roof supports fitted, all necessary roof tiles replaced (maybe new roof)...
Flooring strengthened and area boarded out...No architectural plans at this time.
Tom, my builder, kept his word and finished the job to the good standard required, and passed by the building regulation inspector.
Tom has the knowledge of what is needed to produce a good build, and I found him easy to get hold of when you need to speak with him.
Well worth talking to him about your new loft conversion.
We would like to remove the chimney breast from the kitchen all the way up through the second bedroom to the loft to make the walls flat.
We would also like a through lounge partitioned off and the original doorway opened back up.
Finally, above the doors of the bathroom and third bedroom there are glass panels that we would like removed and plastered
Recently had chimney breast removed, partition put up and other plastering jobs done. Two brothers were punctual and very efficient with their work. I will being using them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
Please quote for approx 6 x 4metre brick built garden room, containing shower room.
Breeze block construction covered with smooth render on outside. Flat roof – with overhang.
Plugs and lighting to be installed (electrical supply already available) will require new consumer unit. Necessary Insulation on walls, floor (damp proofing) and ceiling. Plasterboarded and plastered to finish. Patio doors to be installed. Small window in bathroom.
Will require necessary sewage and plumbing (drain nearby). Installation of shower, toilet and small sink. Water supply pipework needed from main house.
Structure to comply with building regulations and be just under 2.5m tall. References will be required. Will require sight of valid Public Liability Insurance certificate.
These guys have worked competently, professionally and politely in limited space. Arriving early each morning and starting immediately – even at the weekend! Clearing up as they went along, the rubbish/noise impact was minimal.
The work came in on time and on budget. Workmanship is excellent, materials used were of good quality – a very professional finish.
We have tried very hard to find fault with this company ..... we couldn’t find any failings at all.

Unsold lead, updated details: We have a problem with condensation giving rise to mould in a few rooms of our house, but most acutely in the main bedroom. We would like a builder or specialist in this field to inspect the area, and provide an evaluation/quote for any remedial building or construction work needed. Would be ideal for any inspections/visits to be on Thursday 13th (March). Thanks. We have planning permission to build a 2-storey rear extension to our end terraced property and are looking to start as soon as possible, once the selected tradesman has helped us get the drain build-over and party wall agreements in place.
Although we only have architectural diagrams that were used to apply for planning permission at outset, we do have a detailed list of the required work in each room, together with our own basic drawings showing before/after.
We would like to invite experienced extension builders to contact us to obtain more details in order to provide us with a detailed quote for consideration.
Thanks in advance

I am in the process of buying this 4 bed terraced property. The property has not been lived in for 2 years. It requires a full renovation which would take too long to list here. I am open to taking you around the property to show you the level of work required for quoting purposes. I only want to hear from good trades persons who have completed similar projects.
I have some fittings/materials and would like the tradesman to supply others
