Job We would like to remove the chimney breast from the kitchen all the way up through the second bedroom to the loft to make the walls flat. We would also like a through lounge partitioned off and the original doorway opened back up. Finally, above the doors of the bathroom and third bedroom there are glass panels that we would like removed and plastered

Comment Recently had chimney breast removed, partition put up and other plastering jobs done. Two brothers were punctual and very efficient with their work. I will being using them again and would recommend them to friends and family. Nathan

Job Please quote for approx 6 x 4metre brick built garden room, containing shower room. Breeze block construction covered with smooth render on outside. Flat roof – with overhang. Plugs and lighting to be installed (electrical supply already available) will require new consumer unit. Necessary Insulation on walls, floor (damp proofing) and ceiling. Plasterboarded and plastered to finish. Patio doors to be installed. Small window in bathroom. Will require necessary sewage and plumbing (drain nearby). Installation of shower, toilet and small sink. Water supply pipework needed from main house. Structure to comply with building regulations and be just under 2.5m tall. References will be required. Will require sight of valid Public Liability Insurance certificate.

Comment These guys have worked competently, professionally and politely in limited space. Arriving early each morning and starting immediately – even at the weekend! Clearing up as they went along, the rubbish/noise impact was minimal. The work came in on time and on budget. Workmanship is excellent, materials used were of good quality – a very professional finish. We have tried very hard to find fault with this company ..... we couldn’t find any failings at all.
