Property renovation in Brooklands
"Avoid this company at all costs. I had them lay a marble floor in my kitchen & bathroom. From the first day the cost started to go up as they had not realised they would have to use a much adhesive as originally thought?! Secondly they laid the wrong tiles in the bathroom. Thirdly they made a total mess of my decking and garden, cutting the tiles on the decking without putting down any protection and throwing the water used to wash out their buckets with adhesive still in it into my flower beds. I have had to pay to have my decking cleaned properly. Lastly, when applying the grout they have wiped it over the tiles and scratched them! A month or so after the job was finished my tiles are now starting to become uneven and I have also discovered that they did not seal the tiles which is imperative! I am now having to pay £700 to have the tiles repolished and sealed correctly. DO NOT USE THESE TRADESMEN!!!!"
