I have recently had a leak from the tenant upstairs and i now need to get two of my ceiling remove and put backup some plastering and decorating. The rooms on either side of the walls require some work and decorating. The property is a 1950s purpose built ground floor flat. Quotes required for all in costs.

Current lean to is suffering from subsidence and needs rebuilding, with improved foundations. The dimensions are roughly 6' by 8'.
Gavin and Col have done an excellent job replacing our conservatory and removing the outside toilet. The work was carried out to a very high standard, on time and on budget. We were consulted about every issue that arose in good time so that there were no major issues at all. Over all I would definitely recomend G&C

I moved into my house last year and the previous owners have knocked the old outhouse off the back of the house. The neighbour still has their outhouse so it looks very ugly. The outside walls need making good as it is currently covered in internal plaster and will need pebble dashing to match the rest of the house In addition, I have double glazing but, all of my stone window sills and uprights need to have the paint removed (very old, not all external paint used, and a number of layers which are currently curling off) and repainted in white external paint.
