I have water ingress through a sandstone chimney that needs repaired. This has caused internal damage and I need to get it repaired asap. Chimney may need re-rendered / repaired and I am unsure of the cost.
Job completed on 15 Feb - I had water ingress through damage to rendering on chimney. Mevagh service's provided assistance in identifying the problem and instead of ripping me off with a full re-render job a repair was carried out which has resolved the problem. Very reliable and helpful, would recommend.

Access from the hall into the kitchen extension is currently through an under-size doorway under the stairs. This doorway requires enlarging with a new lintel and new supports – the opening is in the rear external wall of the main part of the house (Victorian terrace) which is 42cm thick.
john and jamie did a great job on the lintels - they turned up on time and the job was done on time . John can turn his hand to most trades - i'd recommend him and would use them again. i only got one quote from rated people and went with GWBR because john obviously knew what he was talking about.
