They also took our old water boiler (no longer in use) out of the loft, which turned out to be full of water (sorry guys...I didnt know...). The job done was fine, no concerns with it at all."

"I arranged an appointment for CMG to come and price job up. Unfortunately they did'nt show. I contacted the office they said they would phone back immediately and let me know what was going on. They didn't. I phoned them again but got the answer machine, so I left a message for them to contact me. Still no retuned call. 4 days later I phoned them again and arranged another appointment. A tradesman came this time and said I'd be notified staight away of the quote. A week had passed and still no quote. I phned again to inquire about the quote. I waited a another week and eventually the quote came through. The company may have very highly skilled tradesmen, but their customer service was shocking. I was hoping to start the job as soon as possible, but spent more time chasing them. I didn't use this company due only to the fact that I didn't think they cared about the customer which showed in this case."
