New lintil to be replaced above the front door and brick work to be done, also by the front living room window brickwork to be done
probuild 1 has done an excellent job for me in all aspects. There is nothing that i could fault at all.Danny kept me up to date on all the progress and his manners and attitiude were brilliant.
As far as quality, value and reliability are concerned BRILLIANT
I would highly recommend Probuild 1 to anybody.
put two large velux windows in roof to allow light into internal room. Plaster and finish off internal ceiling and ensure roof remains weatherproof - note - slate roof
I would certainly use this firm again. They were polite and efficient. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard and just as we specified. Their estimate was reasonable for the job required and they came in on budget. Workmen were trustworthy and left the house clean and tidy too
a wraparound single story lean to. house is on a slope. Significant digout , supporting wall and backfill needed.kitchen, dining extension and turning current kitchen into utility and shower room planning and building warrant in place. had builder who has delayed start date 4 times (since June)and have lost confidence in him
John, Billy and the team have provided us with the extension we had hoped for + much more. John gave us ideas which we took on board and they have enhanced the build- thanks to the eye of an experienced builder. He was fair, and consulted us all the way through- slight delay due to the Scottish weather wast the only hiccup.
Thanks once again
single storey rear extention. 4m x 5m with glass doors all along the rear.have planning permission and building warrent
started well but made a mess of the roof. we are now left with an extention that we will not get a completion certificate for. Seemed trustworthy but told so many lies towards the end. Decking was fitted to an open damp course. the pitch of the roof is wrong and gathers water at the top because it dips backwards as it meets the wall. He claims that this was not his fault???. Sills for doors not wide enough to clear the rain water away, broken tiles on the roof, rain water dripping down external walls to name but a few.Claimed he could fit kitchens but again we were left with plynths cut wrong, cabinets built out of end panels, worktops cut badly, a wine rack not built correctly and as that was the only flat pack element of the kitchen( all the cupboards came built) we feel let down. He claimed he would come back after our holiday to finish. Three months later he appeared and bodged a few items. still left with many unfinished items that we have payed for and many more incomplete elements. This was our dream extention which he has completely wasted. no i would not recomend Neil or Teallach homes

I'm looking for a builder to come out and provide a quote for what might turn out to be a fairly large job. A significant crack has appeared running about 2/2.5 metres along the concrete floor inside my garage. This has caused the floor to sink about 1inch on one side of the crack. I have spoken with my insurance company and they have asked that I get a diagnosis what the problem is, what has caused it and also an indication of the works required to fix the problem along with quotes to carry out the repair works.
