"The work carried out was fine, and when there was a problem after the work was complete, the company rectified it. They turned up for the work when they said, they were polite. However the final bill was rather larger than estimated by 20%, we expected a bit more but it was for things which had already been quoted for, so excessive. Further there was no follow-up by the company to see if we were pleased with the result befor ethey sent the bill, so from the point of view of customer loyalty, it was not a satsisfying experience. So mixed review. Work good, but aftercare disinterested, and overall cost a lot more than expected."
