"My only regret is that I didn't use JBP for the whole project as originally intended. I was poorly advised by others that plans & applications required to be carried out separately. Also, on a recommendation from a friend, I contracted a specialist kitchen fitting service to install the kitchen units, etc. Too late, I discovered that JBP would have done it all, and, in hindsight, the total project would have gone more smoothly had I taken this option. That apart, I have nothing but praise for JBP. They worked hard, to high standards and progressed the build competently and without undue delay ( despite John having an operation to remove two wisdom teeth part way through ). Some problems were encountered, but these were addressed and overcome. John and Billy are an excellent team and carry out most of the work themselves, bringing in specialists for only a few aspects of the build. They are easy to talk to, and very willing to amend and adjust for any minor changes during the build, without losing their professionalism. A special mention too for Karen, who, in addition to the final internal decor, also carries out a thorough clean before handover. I feel that I have found an excellent builder and made new friends also. I will have no hesitation in calling upon JBP for any future building or conversion work and recommending them to my friends and any readers of this site."
