"We had no previous experience of builders. They started quickly, and when they said they would and finished exactly when they said they would. They also kept to the agreed cost. There were some hiccups over the kitchen we chose (avoid Ikea!!) and the french doors, some fittings and finishes. Some of the finish was not quite what we had asked for. A few hiccups in communication, however overall we have no real complaints. 8/10"
