Extension to kitchen/dining room at back of house with extension to bedroom above (dormer window) (planning permission obtained and detailed drawings with building specs available)
Excellent stonework, with a considered and sympathetic eye to detail. Excellent communications throughout the build. Can happily recommend.Don and Liz
I want a cat flap fitting at the rear of the house through a cavity brick wall. I have got the cat flap already and just need someone to fit it URGENTLY.
Very pleased with the job, quick, reliable, friendly and did exactly what was asked when promised. Thank you! Would reccommendDebbie
Remove block wall (9m long). remove soil from section of backyard to extend the drive into the back of the house. Remove two small trees.
Gerald quoted me the price for the work I wanted done. When it came out more than I thought (my fault) He helped me sort out what exactly I needed and options to lower the price. When the time comes to do the full conversion, I will be calling him again. Nicholas
Patio doors installed and internal door space widening plus re-positioning of kitchen units
Honest, reliable and hardworking - did a very good job of our recent building work. Good value for money and fair - did the work in good time and was happy to come back when something needed adjusting. David
During a recent kitchen refurbishment I've uncovered a blocked up brick fireplace. I would like to have this safely unblocked (assuming that this is possible) and the brickwork repointed. I don't intend to set a fire in the fireplace but just have it as a nice feature. The area of brickwork involved is roughly 140cm (width) by 230cm (height).
I'm very pleased with the work carried out for me by Comsal Ltd which has resulted in a fantastically restored large brick fireplace which is now a stunning addition to my kitchen. The chaps arrived promptly every day, worked very hard and the whole thing was efficiently project managed with plenty of consultation with myself. Andrew
We need the ceiling in our kitchen/diner replaced due to water damage caused by a leak from our central heating system. The whole ceiling needs to be replaced along with the lighting/spotlights in the ceiling. There is also water damage to the plasterboarding, as a result of the leak, to 2 walls in one corner of the kitchen end.
The ceiling is approximately 2.6m x 5.75m and the house was built in 1980.
Also, the joists around the area where the leak was will probably have to be left to dry out before reboarding/plastering.
Great workmanship, speedy and tidy. Always kept us informed. We would definitely recommend without hesitation.Stephen

I have a large downstairs room from which I want to steal some space and put it a toilet and shower. The space allows easy ask to the soil pipe outside and would require building, insulating and plastering the frame, cutting a hole in the wall for a door and then installing the toilet, handbasin and shower cubicle along with an extractor fan and possibly (depending on cost and practicality) a small window.

currently our kitchen floor is on wooden rafters. we would like to lay a stone floor and place an aga on top. We think the floor will need strengthening. It looks like at one time the cellar was vaulted.
