to extend existing brick wall of kitchen out by a few feet and finish with conservatory style - area not large enough to require planning permission but will require some clearance of a small area of existing garden and groundwork
Adie responded very promptly and came to look at the job that same day. He quoted an extremely competitive price and adhered to it. He was happy to adapt to changing ideas as the project developed and gave sound and helpful advice. He worked long hard hours in order to complete the project within the timescale agreed and kept me informed at all stages. The workmanship is of good quality and I am delighted with my new room. I have already praised Adie to others and would not hesitate to recommend him.nicola
Getting a small leak in through a section of roof - not running water but section distinctly wet. Cannot see this section from the ground but looking from loft windows does not appear to be cracked slate. Cannot see state of flashings? Perhaps small area of pointing gone? Plaster on inside has been pulled out - probably 50 cms long by 3 cms across. Possibly damp is getting in behind finish plaster and will need more plaster work
Had to come back after a further leak but dealt with the work quickly and responded straight away to the second problemDerek
Kitchen to be extended by approx. 6m and tilt roof. Current single brick exterior walled utility area with tilted tile roof extended out approx 6m. To include 2 picture windows and 1 external door. No major fittings just electrics as we will refit.
We were very pleased with Andrew Wick's work. Carefully planned for minimum disruption and excellently managed with good team working round him. Only small cost variation from original quote.Andy
Old kitchen units need removing and then a new kitchen fitted. Some platering work required in the kitchen and electrical work/
Old boiler needs removing and new bolier that is already part fitted needs commissioning.
Lounge requires walls to be stripped and small amount of plastering. Hallway needs ceiling re plastered. Bedroom one needs walls stripping, and plastering throughout including ceiling. Bedroom 2 needs chimney breast knocking out and walls and ceilings plastered.
Very pleased with the building work that was carried out in my house, would highly recommend them to all my friends. Very reliable and always at the end of the phone if required.Bronwen
I dont think I have got the specialism correct but...A short piece of guttering has been down for over a year. This needs replacing. The wall in the bedroom underneath is now damaged by the water all around and underneath the window.
Martin always arrived when he said he would and he did a good job. he cleaned up after the work and I am very pleased with what he did.alice

Crack it the brickwork where the chimney joins the gable end of the house (also the flaunching on the top of the chimney has a crack). The house is a very old timber framed cottage also noticed that some of the timbers are rotten which I would like a quote for.

I've a 1900s terraced brick house. I would like to convert an adjoining single story external storage room and adjoining external toilet into an internal utility room and internal toilet. Provide access to both rooms by creating a doorway from Kitchen to new utility room and another doorway from utility room to toilet. Brick up external doorway of toilet. The external doorway of the new utility room needs to be bricked up ready for a new sash window to be put in. In preparation for a new Kitchen to be fitted the chimney breast needs to be modified in the Kitchen to accommodate extractor fan and induction hob. I would also like to move the gas boiler from kitchen to new utility room. New distribution board, kitchen electric and electric under floor heating to be put in and floor tiled throughout. Replastering the small cupboard under the stairs where the electric distribution board is and also making good kitchen walls and ceiling ready for new kitchen. I’m considering separate quotes for electrics, moving gas boiler and fitting kitchen however this can be quoted for as well.

I'm not sure
Homebuyer survey revealed a crack high in one wall on the side of the house near the front allowing the front facade to move slightly could nead a plate on the front and a rod (rods) through to the back to anchor against a post or something
