We need a builder to repair water damage to a hall cupboard. Remove plaster, install dehumidifier to take excess water out. Plaster wall, paint wall and pipework. We will need quote and an early start date.

Install remedial damp proof course, replaster and re-attach skirting boards to some internal walls in a basement at a company in cheltenham. The job may require more of a builder than a plasterer but if somebody can contact me I can read the spec to them and take it from there.
quotation sought for a full loft conversion, including construction of one dormer and installation of velux windows. Internal structure requires new staircase from first to loft floor, loft will be a bedroom, dssing room and bathroom. Also required is conversion of a ground floor lean to into an additional room for the house. Building regs drawings will be ready in about.2 weeks, when we will be asking quotation with a view to an early start to work, subject to building reg approvals. We will want a careful builder who will undertake to protect what is currently in place and not connected to the new work, in order to safeguard carpets, decoration etc in the existing house.
we have a 1.60 x 1.60 m dressing room/closet that we would like to convert into an en suite. The room has been a shower room in the past so the plumbing installed and would only need extending to the correct parts of the room. We are keen on the idea of a wet room style but are open to change if this doesn't fit our budget. There is need for a new wall to be erected and a door placed into an existing wall.
