Updated : I'm happy to take advice on the job and the budget. I already have spotlights, so I was wondering if one of the spotlight holes in the ceiling could be used to instal a vent of some sort. I would be grateful for any help! Sarah
Original : I would like an air vent added to my bathroom ceiling, that goes to an outlet through the roof. If possible I would like it done this Saturday, although, I'm aware that this is very short notice!
I really couldn't have asked for more, Lukasz came to my house to cost the job up, the day I posted it. He was honest and open about the cost and very thorough when doing the job. I was very pleased with the overall result and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

i need some pointing done around my house in order to prevent water causing damp
this person turned up on time each day and was very pleasant and nice, the work he did pointing was of good standard and i was pleased with both the value and quality of this work.
He also tore down the ceiling in my lounge and put up plaster board, this work was good and well finished around the wall ceiling joins, however he did not skim the ceiling which i was expecting to be done and he did not take any of the waste leaving approx 20 bags of heavy plaster from my old ceiling for me to get rid of.....there is also a lot of waste plaster board left in my back garden....i was under the impression he would take all his waste and leave the area as close to as it was when he arrived as possible.
The pointing cost me £75 which was good for the work done, the ceiling cost me £750 which having recently spoken to someone else in the trade i have been informed he could have done the same work and skimmed the ceiling for nearly half the price and cleared the waste.
The job was also supposed to take only 2days but if fact took 3 and went across a weekend leaving me with no lounge and no kitchen for 5days which was a problem as i rent my house out........
