Removal of internal load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room. Replacement with RSJ. Plaster work/coving/skirting/reconfiguration of electrics.
Andy & Sammy carried out a great job for us creating our kitchen diner. Worked hard and were really prompt with coming to view the job and provided the quote the next day by email. All other workmen organised by them were very friendly. Happy to work around the difficult conditions in our house i.e. our 4 year old and 18 month old and cat! We will definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and colleagues. Thankyou Andy, Sammy and Co.emily
16ft long by 6ft wide lean to that needs its leading replaced to stop water leaking and the repair of the felt on brick shed that its attached to the lean to.
Malcolm is a profestionall and reliable individual keeps time and explained what was causing the problem clearly and carried out the necessary repairs on our wooden lean to, once we get rain we will find out if the leaks stoped but in the case that there should be any malcolm advised me to contact him without any hasitation. james
2 storey Victorian terrace, chimney runs down rear of house (inside). Stack above roof line previously removed, the rest is still in place inc. in roof space. Removal will provide more space in bathroom and kitchen. Ideally finish by making new areas of wall in bathroom and kitchen good with plaster. All rubble to be removed and disposed by contractor. Access to site road a bit tight.
Competitively priced, professional and completed ahead of schedule. I will certainly consider using Mick and his team for future work. A good job.Peter
Not sure which area of expertise I'm looking for - depends on the extent of the problem! We have a detached garage, walls made of precast concrete. We have recently had a completely new roof put on to stop the condensation dripping down but the garage is still very damp - mainly coming from floor level. We know also that damp is seeping under the door. We need to make this garage as dry and watertight as possible, bearing in mind that we have fridge, freezer and dryer out there.

we want to open our kitchen/dinning room up and make one big room, i understand that this will involve putting in a new RSJ as it will involve knocking down a supporting wall and also moving the existing stack pipe that is currently internal and running it externally, we would also like a sloped roof over our flat roof with 2 velux windows, we are only after the construction work doing as i'm able to do the rest of the work as i'm a tradesman myself so am able to finish off the other work such as plastering, plumbing, electric and fitting the kitchen etc

I need a 10m trench dug to a depth of 450mm to allow re-routing of main electrical supply from the pole to a new meter box position. I have electricity board booked for the 14th June to re-route the supply, so the trench needs to be dug prior to that date.
