My property is an end of terrace house about 110 years old and I have a wall which is showing signs of damp both up and downstairs. I have recently had the outside wall re-rendered but need someone to come out and tell me what further work needs doing.

1. Open up the kitchen area into the existing extension to make a 5M x 5M space and fit new kitchen units to include replace flat roof to extension.
