A number of exterior bricks on the property are suffering varying degrees of frost damage, some minor and some more serious. I would like the job assessed and depending on costs, the bricks replaced either in one job - or in stages, the most serious being dealt with first. The bricks and mortar MUST be matched as closely as possible to the original provided and disruption must be kept to a minimum as this is a private estate. In addition, some pointing will be needed in certain places which will be pointed out on examination. We will not provide materials, I estimate in the region of 80-100 bricks in total. NOTE - I have no idea as to the type of cost involved, but advice is being obtained at this stage. Quotes will be compared with advice. Please ignore our estimate for the work at this stage.

I manage 6 properties in Four Marks, Hampshire and a current and ongoing requirement to maintain all the properties. I would like a quotation please for some work that needs to be carried out on a leaking walkway but I have an ongoing need for a builder for a variety of maintenance jobs.
I am in the process of renting a commercial property (office) and require a workshop/storage room to be built within the office and an internal stud wall to be built around the kitchen area. Therefore I require two internal stud walls to be built with door/s put in. I am not sure whether this would need to be plastered and painted or if you have other methods of finishing off internal walls within offices.
I also require 1No. night storage heater to be moved in the office and I require one of the current window openings to be enlarged.
