Relocate existing downstairs shower room to an adjacent part of the house in order to create off-hall access to kitchen.
Note: we weren't sure what trade category to select for this. A significant portion of the work will obviously involve plumbing but we thought it best to select 'builder / internal reconfiguration' in the first instance, given the initial work will be construction based.
A belated thanks to Jerome and James for a great job on relocating our downstairs bathroom. He even hired a van when his usual transport broke down on the last day of the job so he could finish the job in time for Christmas Day.
Remove interior load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room and 'make good'. Reposition central heating radiator and birick in door opening and plaster
Multi_Build comprise three hardworking and very professional partners.
Shane quoted for the job within hours. I accepted the following day and they arrived one further day later as promised. The job was completed entirely to my satisfaction within two days . They were all friendly and approachable and worked well as a team (remember to provide lots of coffee and not 'Perfumed tea' ! )
I will use these good 'British Workmen' again and thoroughly recommend then as honest , skilled and reliable.
Why not give them a try ?
ps I am NOT a relative etc and this recommendation is authentic, NO ROOM for 'Rogue Traders' here !
