Demolish and rebuild kitchen and conservatory
To build a 50 sq metre (approx) single storey extension comprising a new kitchen and living area, plus reconfiguring the existing building to create a utility room, toilet and office/extra bedroom and add a new entrance hall and decking area attached to the extension. The land under the extension slopes away thus requiring a supporting structure.
We need to have our interior walls of our house damp-proofed as we have rising damp.
