About 20-25 minutes after I was expecting this tradesman to turn up for an initial consultation, I called him to find out where he was. By the time he got back in touch, he said he was going to be 25 minutes which would have made him an hour late. I cancelled the appointment as this is unacceptable. As a result, I haven't pursued a quote from this tradesman. ***MY SCORE FOR QUALITY AND VALUE SHOULD BE DISCARDED - I HAD TO FILL THESE IN TO SUBMIT MY RATING.*****
