"A super team. This was a large project for us (over 90K) but Rayquest took it in their stride. Ultimately this job involved a complete re-wire, complete new plumbing and underfloor heating in the new extension. This firm are a hard working, reliable team who arrived every day and kept a clean and tidy site, they finished on schedule and on budget. They were thoughtful of our neighbours which was a bonus. Highly recommended."

"Totally unreliable. Started 4 days late and promised to be finished in 10 days.before we went on holiday. 12 weeks later I'm employing someone else to finish the job. Also getting quotes for brick tinting as the porch is a completely different colour to the rest of the brickwork.Porch door not hung properly and has to be slammed hard to close it.. I made the mistake of leaving them with a key to finish off when we were away.They used my ladders, extension leads and brooms and ruined them all. Also used my microwave and left it covered in food and helped themselves to beers from my cupboard.Unfortunately they are very plausible and I was gullible enough to pay a substantial amount up front. Needless to say I've had no bills or receipts despite several requests and they are now refusing to contact me. I could go on but I think the general picture is clear enough."
