PJ West did a very efficient job. Pat and his assistant were very polite, worked speedily and cleared up everything afterwards. The quote was very reasonably priced and Pat offered several suggestions on how to complete the job that I hadn't considered. I was so pleased that I asked PJ West to quote for an additional job.Katharine

Modification and extension of existing building. Room built on back of garage in1986 needs to be joined to kitchen by extending the kitchen out to square them off. The current kitchen will need to be reconfigured/replaced and underfloor heating installed both in new extension and the existing one. The existing extension needs refurbishment. It was clad in wood from floor to ceiling and this needs to be removed and I'm guessing needs re plastering as well as decorating. Also a new window/door into garden. Flat roof. I need plans drawing and advice about planning permissions, if any. can you help?

I have just had an old back boiler removed, and i would like to fully open up the recess which has been bricked up. This would be for decorative purpose only - I do not want a fully functional fireplace
