I have removed a gas fire ( gas disconnected) from our fireplace. I would like the fire place opening plastered internally and the surrounding plaster made good ready to wall paper.

We have an extension (not very modern) at the back of an 18th century cottage. At the moment where the door is situated means you walk directly thru the kitchen to access the back. We would like to swap the door and the window so that access is straighter thru the house. The hieght of the window however isn't quite high enough for a door w think so may need some work.
