25ft by 9.5ft garage conversion for domestic use, intermal adjoining door through external wall, replace garage doors with d/g window or french doors. install kichchenette w/c and baisin. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms over garage with ensuite facilities to one, internal adjoining corridoor upstairs.
Builder was unable to complete the work. When new builders were brought in to complete they identified a number of defects. Project has gone significantly over budget and taken much longer to complete than had been planned.

I would like to have some sections of my cellar walls rebuilt (some of those around the perimeter of the front half of my property). The existing walls are deteriorating due to age and moisture ingress (property is late Victorian). I just wish to use the cellar for storage so do not need it to be made fully habitable. Rather, my main aim is just to reduce the level of moisture in the area. Please note some sections of wall were replaced 20 years ago, and these areas are still in very good condition, so I know that an effective repair is possible.
