"Top Marks took on and completed the ground floor extension and kitchen as per my request. The job that was carried out was of a very high standard and I would be happy to recommend Top Marks on their quality of work, which was: To provide footings and add to existing footings and remove 2 walls at the rear of the property. To extend the living area and make good the walls and floors and to fit a new kitchen, velux window and double glazed doors. I am very pleased with the end result and also with Tops Marks and the the constant communication between us both to discuss works as they progressed, it has all been a very good experience. I would use them again for another extension "
