Job consists of 30m2 of stonework to a gable endwall joints need to be hacked out and repointed with cement mortar 1:5/1:6 with PVA waterproofer or equal added - the gable is over a lower sloping roof ie wall is from 1st floor to ridge.
The wall will then need to be painted with 2No coats of quality white weatherproof paint ie Dulux Weathershield or equal.
I am not placing an accurate budget as I think it is wrong to do so as a fair quote for the work is required.
