i would like an internal wall knocked down between kitchen and dining room. A radiator will have to be moved to other wall and replastering aswell. A fairly simple job though. I would like work done asap. Thanks!

I need a quote on a small foundation job on a house I used to own to get a building completion certificate from North Lanarkshire council. I have the architects drawings which I can email onto anyone who would like to see it. The wording says "new 300x450mm bootleg foundation under existing garage slab between garage door jambs".
The council Buildings standards officer would also like to visit to ensure that the work is done or failing that will accept photos as proof.
The architect said it was a small job and should be more than £300 but I am not sure about this.

I want a brick porch with the door facing my runway if possible, also with windows in it. the approximate size will be approximately 6ft x 6ft
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BIG Construction. They built a porch, landscaped my front garden and gave me a Teguila driveset driveway.
A great company to work with. They finished everything within timescales quoted. The whole team are very obliging and the finished job is excellant.
