The awkward customer's requests have been successfully translated into something which actually works. They happily worked overtime at their own expense when a supplier had let them down to make up time. In fact, we will be using them again...(if they'll have us of course) !

I am looking to have our attic fitted with floorboards, a light or lights & ladders, possibility the current hatch way is not in a suitable position & may need moving / alteration . Not looking for a full loft conversion.
I thought it would have been a little less expensive for the job but all material costs have gone up over the last couple of years I was given a fair price which was accepted and the work was carried out and completed on time. I would give a recommendation if someone asked as he worked hard and gave a friendly and professional service, cleaned up afterwards.

On chimney stack there is some plant growth which may have caused some water staining in bedroom under this. At the front of the house there is a problem with the gutter between mine and next doors house, this has caused some plant growth and some of the pointing to come loose. The side of the house has a loose aerial cable that needs securing. The rear of the house a couple of bricks have come loose that need repointing.
Was very satisfied with the work that was done at my house. Carl even delayed the work by an hour at my request on a Sunday morning because I couldn't get home in time.
