this property was a pub now completely
gutted & needs all works doing to it. A structural wall needs removing including a staircase, plastering required to 90 % of the property including electrical work & plumbing. Ceilings need replacing & the roof needs re-felting & re-slating. Also we will be looking for Solar panels to be placed on the roof with Geothermal energy linked up for heating water. Attached to the main building will be a glass extension (curtain walling) double storey which will house the dining area.
All glass installation will have to be toughened & energy efficient to current building regulation requirments etc.
A further extension is to be built to the back of the main building.
The current outbuilding is unsafe & made up of stone which will require demolishing. Ideally an on site meeting would be better to cover all main points of the refurb.
