We would like to convert our garage into a living room. Garage is currently next to the hallway so doorway would need to be created to access from hallway. We would need existing exterior door blocking up, garage door blocking up but being replaced with a window.

We got regular phone calls throughout each stage of the job checking that we were happy and nothing was too much trouble if anything needed to be changed. Despite problems, really pleased with the final result. All problems dealt with satisfactorily. On the whole everything went to plan and would certainly recommend Paul and his team to anyone considering major renovation work.
Unsure of measurements, but it is a narrow garage, which was added onto the house for storage purposes rather than to house a car.
Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.

We are completely delighted by the quality, reliability and attitude of PJServices.
Contractors turned up when they said they would (sometimes working in snow and pouring rain!). They arrived each day early in the morning and left the property tidy and "livable". Norman the Foreman (yes!) was superb and ensured that we were in the loop with progress, delays, options at every step of the way. Our neighbours were minimally disrupted and Norman went out of his way to ensure they were looked after fully and quickly.
There are always glitches in building projects: we found that PJServices were extremely quick to resolve issues and kept us informed at all times.
One or two extras came up during the project - such as the need to move a manhole and drain - these were rectified at a very reasonable cost. We did not exceed our contingency budget.
Despite some dreadful weather at the beginning of the project, the whole build was completed within the time estimatd.
Any issue that we raised was instantly acted upon - we can't recommend Norman more, he is quite a superstar!
If were to have any other build project in the future, we would hire PJServices in a heartbeat.
I have a commercial property which has a residential flat upstairs but there is no separate access. I need to put up a brick dividing wall, move electrics, move gas and plumbing, put in an external door, fire board, insulation and sound proof, take down a chimney stack. Live in a terrace house and the master bedroom has previously been made in two bedrooms. We now want to knock the stud wall down to make the two bedrooms back into one. A door will also need bricking up and replastering.
