After having experienced a previous builder's work, I can honestly recommend JP Neil Builders Ltd as an extremely excellent building firm. Punctual, clean and most importantly upfront with all building costs before starting the job - no hidden extras or added costs. Excellent standard of work carried out. Also extremely, helpful and honest.
Repair flood damage to front window area at retail shop in lytham.
Requires existing damaged ceiling area appox 4m2 coming down, secure lighting, re-boarding and then plastering, then new lights fitting.
Also floor area of front window, cover this area with laminate flooring as Carpet was water damaged.
Called me within 2 hours and arranged a meeting, only company that did, they turned up on time as advised, and undertook demolition and removal of materials using sheets and cleaning up after themselves. Very professional.
I require a raft foundation built for a house extension in Lytham. Planning passed and got structural plans. Ready to start.
Efficient, reliable & experienced. Sorted out problem we had with unsuitable structural plans with our engineer and cleared work with building inspector no hassle for us as the customer whatsoever. did a great job at a good price.
There are two walls, one 2ft x 8ft approx and the other 8ft x 8ft approx. One is an old pantry and the other is a single side of an airing cupboard. They are brick as far as I am aware as they were built in the 50s.
What can I say, removed the walls job done. I did not require any tidy up work and they took away the waste.
Just purchased property (empty). Work includes moving an internal ground floor wall (suspected non-supporting, requires confirmation) and removing triangular chimney breast in middle of room, chimney breast supports a 9" stack (visible in 1st floor rooms). Also, removal of an external window (lounge) install patio door and increase in size / replace kitchen window.
Having recently moved to the area, it was difficult to find a builder that could be trusted. Nick came around to quote the original job and the price was very reasonable, he could also start work within our timescales.
I was confident that I could do alot of work on the new property myself; however, Nick was more than happy to offer advice and arrange for the collection of larger materials all free or charge. After the original job was completed we used Nick for further work on the property. He again proved that he was reliable and good value for money. All of the work completed was to the highest of standards and we are extremely pleased with our new home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone needing a reliable and extremely professional builder.
Integral garage would only require construction of wall and window to replace door and the inside converted to internal standards inc flooring, insulation, radiator, electrics etc. Knock-through required into house, re-locate 1 rad in house.
(Potential that may look to build a small extension on top of the garage)
Excellent !!! The price quoted was competitive and I am delighted with the final product. You get what you would want from a tradesman with Martin. He turns up when he says he will, works hard and long days, is tidy and the quality of his workmanship was excellent. I am delighted with my garage conversion and would thoroughly recommend Renov8 to anyone considering work similar to a garage conversion.
We would like the internal wall between the kitchen and dinning to be removed. There is a studded wall which has an old chimney breast behind it
Tim was excellent, I would recommend him to anyone, and i will be using him for any more work I need doing in the future. He really put himself out to to get the job done to my tight deadlines. I am so happy with the work he has done, and he even manged to get a plumber in for me within an hours notice for an emergeny job that unexpectedly came up up. Tim is reliable, professional and a great bloke, 10 out of 10.
