Ralph and Damien have just completed our project including converting a garage to an office/ new store, re-rendering the outside of our house, renovating a bedroom and various other jobs. This job has already been started by a builder who has left the job after taking a considerable amount of money and leaving me without Planning Permission, Building Regulations and unfinished.
There are 2 aspects to this job. I need a quote to finish the build and obtain Building Regulations and to rectify the substandard work already carried out as the job has to be finished but I also require a costing exercise to put to my legal expenses insurers to pursue the builder for overcharging, supplying different materials to what I have paid for and the cost of finishing the build.
