"this guy started off reaaly well. Got on with the extention as planned and then began to almost bully you to give him the money for jobs he was doing, promising to continue with the rest as he got paid. Problem arised when he got paid, he left the job unfinished, some areas he claimed to have finished off, he did not do according to regulations, claimed to have changed pipes when in reality he had not, rewired but wiring not working properly. When you ring him, does not answer phone. I am now reporting him to trading standards and would warn anyone else considering using him to get quotes that are actually signed by him and do not pay him anything until you are completely satisfied with the job. In fact avoid using him full stop."
