The job was not carried out satisfactorily at first but the tradesman did return promptly to fix the problem. So far, the problem (a leaking roof) seems to have been fixed.

I have a box bedroom that needs renovating. 3 key components require removal from room: - 1) Airing cupboard with unused immersion tank & water tank. 2) A chimney (which has been knocked down from up the roof and down below, i.e. the only part of the chimney remaining is in the box room). 3) An old fitted wooden cupboard. The following work will also need to be carried out: - 1) Burying any pipework / electrics under the floorboards. 2) Removal of existing woodchip wall paper (which has been stuck to warm lining which should be easy to remove). 3) Plasterboard ceiling on top of existing ceiling & plaster. 4) Plastering / skimming of walls as necessary. 5) Removal & fitting of new skirting boards. 6) Possible fitting of a new mains socket. I am looking for someone who will be able to start & finish the job within 2 weeks flat and hopefully someone who may be able to start the job in early December.
I am very pleased with the job carried out by Adam Builder. He is a reliable & honest person and is a good all round builder. I would highly recommend his services to others.
