2 chimneys need rebuilding at the top - about the top 8 courses of bricks) and about 8 roof tiles need replacing (I have spare tiles). Be grateful for quotes please. Budget is £1200 max. for this job - hopefully less.
Would have no hesitation is recommending "Premier Home improvement solutions". I found John and his team to be reliable, courteous, did an excellent job for the price agreed and they left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely use again.

Removal of internal wall. constructed in single breeze block. Non supporting.
Approx 10 foot of wall to expand kitchen into rear study area.
Making good plaster and ceiling.
My job was the removal of an internal wall, raising of a ceiling, new window, replacement of another ceiling and installation of 2 velux windows.Turned up on time as agreed each time. Move of radiator and installation of downlighters in ceiling additional power points and AV points. Finished work good. Very flexible. Made many suggestions and were open to changes as the job progressed.
Very tidy, cleaned up each day, swept and washed down the outside pavement.
Even washed up the tea mugs.

Take out existing bathroom window, brick up and replace with smaller window
I found M & T Builders friendly, they done a great job and left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done lads, when I need any more jobs doing I will most definatley call you.

Lay foundations and buid 5 * 4 Metre Summer house.
Rendered breeze block with brick front. Pitched roof. Double glazed French doors and windows.
Plastered internally. Quote for electrics but may arrange seperately.
A great team of guys - friendly and helpful. Work completed on time and within budget.
