Reviews of Builders in Lincoln, Lincolnshire

North Kyme, LN4

Under £500
Updated : Stud wall required with doorframe and room plasterboarding out, this includes the ceiling. Original : Reuire a bathroom to be installed downstairs, require a stud wall room to be built for cloakroom toilet. The room used to have a full size bathroom in it so there is hot and cold water and some drainage pipe.
Very reliable and honest tradesman, who also cleans up after his work! Would recomend if you require a multi-skilled tradesman who can think outside the box.

15 sqm extension - 3 walls up, one down with a beam, plasterboard linings, ceilings, electrics (including a new consumer unit) and lots of electric points, spots etc, block up old door, change current internal archway into doorway. Use existing external french door and window, put in plasterboard partitioning to create loo and plumbing for loo and new kitchen.
Dave and Paul are simply amazing! I'd be more than happy to recommend them to my friends. Our extension was delivered on time, in budget and looks exactly as we'd envisaged. I'm happy to give references for their work.

We live in a 3 storey terrace house on the hill in lincoln. We have recently opened up our front fireplace and would like the chimney uncapped so we can use a dog grate for extra warmth. We have recently had the chimney inspected and it is in good order. The chimney goes from the front room to the top of the house travelling through other rooms which have the fireplaces blocked up.
