:-KAROL & MARK-; has done an amazing job with house, we decide to change 2 store house to 2 double bedroom flat so all - new roof tiles 2 kitchen, 2 bathroom, 4 bedroom, corridor . We hired KM on the basis of the excellent feedback left by previous customers and lived up to reputation. All project took 5 weeks rather than the planned 6 but KAROL & MARK was very accommodating and the quality of work . My standards are high but BOYS finish is excellent and WORK are first rate, also i let them to do garden (6 days) and build new wall(exelent brick work). all team arrived on time and cleaned up every day. they take care for all materials, and I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. i just purchase a flat and we make a deal with KAROL & MARK to do all work, they will start end of may !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To whoever is reading this I would thoroughly recommend Andrei and his company as a builder to use for their project. In fact I have already passed their details to other friends and colleagues who are embarking on similar projects, which in my case was the complete refurbishment of my house, new basement bedroom, new kitchen and bathrooms, plastering ,flooring, etc,etc. As a Designer, attention to detail is paramount for me, and this is something that they delivered to my complete satisfaction with the finishing in particular being of outstanding quality. Always courteous they were well organised, reliable, clear with their costings and were able to work closely to the budgets . I would not hesitate in using them again and Im sure you will be happy with their work too.

Updated : although just because i live on The Bishops Avenue does not mean that i am a Billionaire business man from Bahrain who has money to throw down the drain, no i am just like you guys out there trying to scratch a living together and its been hard to get to where i am at now and i am sure you guys feel the same,, so if you want to give some one a big price give it to the man who does not work and who feels happy spending money,, i am not that man i feel unhappy when i have to spend money,, and here in the UK there are lots of taxes and we have to pay for things more and more,, even my bank charges me crazy amounts of money , it would be also great if you could email me rather than call my cell phone, ishy, Original : I have a few garages,, and i have one attached to a house i also did not know that there was a light in there and socket and i wanted to turn it into a kind of work shop that i could use,, ie,, plaster the ceiling and walls and fix the floor and paint it and also change the window,, and do build some shelves and maybe have a heater in there also,, just to make it workable, but i wanted to know that the cables that are in the garage at the moment are adequate or not or should i replace them,
