"This company made contact quickly, met me for an assessment and came promptly to do the work we had agreed. He was happy to pass on the name of a referee who heartily recommended the company. The job was to investigate the cause of a damp floor and he worked neatly and quickly to establish where the damp was coming from. We had agreed a price for the job but the agreed task was done quickly so he stayed to do some other jobs around the house and did not request any further payment. My impression was that he was an honest, intelligent, experienced and reliable builder. "
