damage caused by blocked sewage pipe under ground floor one bedroom flat. The party wall and supporting wall between living room and bathroom are water logged. Work needed in living room: Remove approx 6x2m plaster back to brick to dry - possible damp proofing needed. replaster replace dado, skirting and redecorate throughout. Bathroom: Removal of bathroom suite, tiling and possibly floor. Remove plaster back to brick to dry. Replaster - redecorate throughout - replace suite and re-tile. Laminate flooring needs replacing throughout flat (approx 5x6m + 3x6m + 4x5m) Possible issues in kitchen and redecoration in hallway
They have done a great job, they are an enthuastic, friendly and knowlegdeable bunch who have a wide variety of skills, our job consisted of demolishion, damp proofing, plastering, plumbing, tiling, solid wood flooring, electrics and carpentry and all were done to a high standard. They were also very conscientious, as they always cleaned up well and were always punctual and kept us up to date with changes and developments. I highley recommend them and would happily employ them again.

Uncertainty over origin of leak means job could be big or small. have insurance for building.
This company made contact quickly, met me for an assessment and came promptly to do the work we had agreed. He was happy to pass on the name of a referee who heartily recommended the company. The job was to investigate the cause of a damp floor and he worked neatly and quickly to establish where the damp was coming from. We had agreed a price for the job but the agreed task was done quickly so he stayed to do some other jobs around the house and did not request any further payment. My impression was that he was an honest, intelligent, experienced and reliable builder.

Porch to be rebuilt from foundation already laid. New outer doors required (these are to open inwardly). New inner doors required (these are to be sliding doors). Height of doors to be 6ft 4" at least. Current windows to be replaced in porch (two in total and to be raised higher) in line with the main building. Some Window Glasses to be removed and replaced with brick work so that the porch can be attached to the main building properly. Roof of porch to be ^ symbol shaped with guttering. Inside of porch roof to be able to accomodate lighting. Foundation of porch to be restored.
Porch was restored - the work has been completed to a high standard - installing sliding doors, external doors, windows, roof, lights - painting and stone tiled floors. Good masonary work. The restoration was done within the agreed time frame. Good quality materials used. All rubbish cleared away and property left tidy. Very professional and highly skilled workmanship. Reliable. Julie

Section of front garden wall damaged by reversing car, clean break at the base of the wall, still standing but could be pushed over. Brickwork above garage door has large crack along mortar line and rainwater is leaking into garage.

I have a small area of pointing to a 1st floor bay window and the application of a skirting board in a small hall post damp treatment.
Weliton was prompt and lovely to be around. He came back on another occasion to complete the job and was able to work in the evenings. I would recommend him

We are looking for someone to fit new bath in existing space, tile part wall and floor, paint, install end of bath cabinet and fit shower screen. The bathroom is small, 3mx3m and we are looking for someone to complete the job by mid-late April at the latest.
It all started well with Vasille being very helpfull and clear with what was going to happen. Shortly after accepting our job he was commissioned for another with a tight deadline which meant our 3 days bathroom renovation took 20 days to complete. Vasille was unable to oversee the project and left us with tradesmen who messed up time and time again. We are now stuck with drawers in our bathroom that don't close and look like a child put them together. We were also assured by Vasille that a new roof would offer suitable soundprofing but our upstairs neighbours can now hear every single word we say. Vasille seems to care about the quality of the job but when he outsources it the quality is just not there unless he is on site to oversee. We are unhappy with many aspects of the job. There were times when Vasille would verbally quote for parts of the job and when it came to payment the amounts would increase, we would have prefered to have settled on a price formally every time the scope of the job was going to change. We were considering engaging Vasille to complete our kitchen and other major renovations on our flat but are unable to do this anymore given the problems we had with the bathroom. Vasille seems to struggle managing when he has more than one job.

to fit a false ceiling and electric spot-lighting (around eight) into a hallway.
Sharry did an impressive job of our false ceiling, he worked hard, finishing the job on time and to the agreed budget, offering very useful advice during the process. I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to emply him in the future.

We live in an end of terrace victorian building with a side entrance. We require an external gate fitted between our building and the neighbour's garage wall opposite so that we can prevent people from walking down our alleyway. We would require the gate to act as a front door in terms of fitting a bell and post box to the gate. We require a gate frame and a made to measure gate. Possibly one which can be taken off it's hinges if required when moving large items through the passage way. The neighbours have provided consent as long as they can view drawings for approval.
