A dozen tubular steel stanchions need to be sunk into half round enginnering bricks (diamond tipped hole maker?) on top of a low wall, in order to provide for a steel rope safety 'fence'. The stanchions will have to be chemically bonded into the holes. Please note that the 'type of job description' has no relevance whatsover to the work needed!

We have knocked out an old lathe and plaster wall, and we now need to get it ready to be plastered. In addition we have widened our loft hole, and need the edges strengthened (modular loft steps will be fitted to the edge) and made ready for plastering.
If possible, we are also looking for someone to lay a tongue and groove solid pine floor in the loft (roughly 11 x 15 foot). We can provide all materials.
A lot of rubble exists under the floorboards of a house which is blocking ventilation and causing damp. I need all rubble removed which means lifting floorboards to ensure all is removed. Rubble to be left in garden.
Chimney stack above roof and on 2 floors. 2nd floor part of a separate flat. Need the stack in the ground floor flat safely removed.
