Works to be done in 3 bed, 2 bathroom flat (112sqm):
- remove existing kitchen
- remove all skirtings, underlay and existing floor
- relocate wall between two bedrooms (carry out any necessary works to electrics while moving wall)
- remove section of wall between living room and corridor
- remove carpet from stairs
- sand and repaint stairs
- install new basin + toilet + saniflo + in top floor bathroom
- disconnect sanitary ware from main shower room, remove tiles and unit from shower room, move door to a new location
- install new shower tray, mixer, toilet, basin, shower door
- tile walls around shower
make good wall after door moved
- build column where gas pipes are run
- after demolition install new floor supply and install new skirtings

KIT contractors redecorated our whole flat including: changes in the floor plan, refurbishing 2 bathrooms, installing wooden flooring throughout, fitting shelves and cabinets, sanding down stairs and painting them and redecorating throughout.
We had top quality materials and they carried out many non-standard works/details - like installing a rectangle of squares in the middle of the wooden flooring. Considering how picky my husband and I are and the fact we're Italian, THEY REALLY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!
All the builders were extremely professional and polite and if we changed our mind about something or pointed out imperfections they simply re-did the job without having to argue. Even after finishing the job, they immediately came if we called them to help out with little details or simply to remind us how to start the heating!
