Under £100
A two day job to build up brickwork to chimney stack and to fix gallows brackets and apply resin to anchors. Please dont waste time as Salisbury builder phoned me with interest and said he would turn up yesterday,waited in all evening and he didnt phone.
I only want experienced builders as this job needs to be done by someone with expertise.Am not sure of price 1,000 is approx, need advice on that.
Able builders have been chosen because they liased with Enfield Council's Building Engineer and were advised I would need 3 brackets for the chimney.
The other builder told me I would need 2 brackets , which would have not been adequate.
Consequently I chose Able builders because they took measurements and asked for advice, from the people who would pass the work fit for purpose.
Since they have not started the work it is difficult to judge their work but would rate them 4 stars for value and will rate them for other fields once the work is done.

upstairs extension required to side of house, the lower floor has already been extended to the side, this job is to extend the top floor over the current side extension, plans will need to be drawn up. We originally had plans for a much bigger extension but have decided not to proceed with this due to the cost.
We want to extend the box room over the extension to double or triple the size of the room at the front and extend or move the bathroom at the back.
We also want to look at rewiring the complete house as part of the extension.
