Removal of existing corrugated asbestos roof of single garage. Replace with new roof.
George was the first to quote on the job as he turned up the very next day and gave a competitive price. He worked over the Christmas holidays and finished the job on time. He kept us updated throughout the job. The site was fully cleaned afterwards. Would definitely recommend George.

I'm not sure
as per job, remove single integral garage doors and brick up to building standards including fitting a window to match the house
Started off well enough and did the main job to a reasonable standard but some of the finishing was poor,offered extra work as we went along painted front of house and replaced guttering, ok job though some of the painting could have been neater, smears on window frames. Agreed to repoint drive which is when the real problems started. Soon after completion the pointing started to crumble away and now looks a mess.never bothered to turn up to re do it despite arranging twice for it to be done.original job started in June and its now November. job ran over by weeks clearly we were not a priority or a big enough job.

Shelf above radiator in lounge - been slowly coming off for a while, now completely off. Requires polyfilla, screws and plugs.

Gary was on time and gave objective advice. It would have been very easy for him to recommend something that cost a lot of money and gained him some trade. In the end he said it wasn't good value for us and I agreed with him, so we won't go ahead. Recommended.
