Grant gave a comprehensive breakdown of all costs, the porch canopy did not have the usual support that Grant expected to see. We were given a choice as to whether to carry out additional work and was not pressurised in anyway. All work was carried out in a clean and tidy manner. Grant even carried out additional work without charge and made additional suggestions about the work which we had not thought of and has transformed our home.
We would definitely use him and his team again. Thanks againVirginia
We have a permitted development certificate and building regulation drawings for the construction of an extension and the modification of the back of our house.
The extension is approx 3meters by 2.5meters with a tiled roof and 3 velux windows to be installed. We also want to remove two external walls and fireplace and install steel beams therefore opening up the back of the house into an open plan kitchen dining room.
We want to install two sets of external doors, one hopefully bi-fold doors and remove the old kitchen with the services being move to a new locations for the installation of the new kitchen.
There is also electrical works to be carried out to install lighting etc and tiling through out the new extension and hallway.
We found Brown construction to be a very professional and considerate firm of builders, from the first site visit, submission of quote and payment plan through to the completion of the project.
All the works that Adam and all his team carried out on our 4 month project were to a very high standard and finish and Adams eye for detail ensured that the finish was better than we expected to get.
We would use them again and we would have no problem in recommending them to anyone else too (we already have).Stephen

3 x 2 meter plaster wall will separates the kitchen from the lounge.
They has done a fantastic job. Whilst the initial job seemed simple, there arose an issue where there was 2 water pipes which were installed right in the middle of the wall. As these were plastic pipes, it would/could not have been identified sooner. The guys discussed the alternatives with me and a favourable solution was agreed which was to entend the pipes and route them to the side. A plumber was then commisioned to move the pipes before the wall/work could be completed.. Within 24 hours the entire job was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend them to anyone as their work is of a professional standard and quite reasonable too.Zubair

Boxing in boiler pipes and splashback tiling in kitchen.
Regrouting to tiles in bathroom.
Possibly ventilation issues in bathroom and kitchen - new vents may be required.
Bathroom needs re-painting.
The flat is rented so the only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because I haven't actually seen the work myself - but I have had no complaints from the tenants and the work was done when it was meant to be for a really competitive price so I am delighted and would definitely use this company again.Emma
Plastering (top coat only) of 4 rooms
Installation of 1 window and 2 external doors
After speaking to Nick I decided to extend the scope of the job to include additional rooms to plaster. The plastering was of high quality and completed on time. Considering that we were living in the house at the time, they went out of their way to keep any disruptions to a minimum. They are professional, considerate and deliver what they set out to do at a reasonable price.
I have no hesitation in recommending N.D Building Services and will definitely employ them again in the near future.Herman
