1.Check rear of bedroom, kitchen and bathroom for damp (there is some mould but it may be condensation) & treat if necessary
2. Install gas fired central heating. There are currently no gas appliances in the property but there is a supply to the upstairs flat.
3. Provide & install new kitchen, inc sink, hob & oven & extractor hood, white goods, tiling & new vinyl flooring.
4. Provide & install new white bathroom suite inc shower attachment, tiling, extractor fan & new vinyl floor
Make good and take rubbish away.
The flat is currently tenanted but they are leaving very soon - possibly even in the next few days and after I have chosen the builder, I would like the works to be completed v soon.
This was a big job, involving installing central heating, new kitchen, new bathroom, some new electrics, patching up external render, some replastering. I was very happy working with Petar and with the workmanship of his team. He does not assume he knows what you want and was very consultative. I added numerous jobs as we went along and he was always courteous and accommodating. The quality of work was good. I got a lot of work for my money and will use Petar again for future work. The outbuild is dilapitated at the moment and I am really looking to get it fix within the next 2 weeks. I need to job done and completed in soon. The job is creation of a new internal doorway from one bedroom to another. Although it is an internal doorway the wall is external thickness, as this was part of the original house. No door is required but will need plastering. Opening is to be 700x1900mm

The property has been rented out for several years and needs some work to bring it back up to standard.
One small wall has blown plaster which needs to be removed and replaced with plasterboard. The kitchen units need to be removed and replaced with a basic new kitchen (no appliances). Some windows need to be replaced, the house needs to be repainted in plain white (with old wallpaper removed).
I would like to have a wooden fence put up in my garden to stop dogs from going in my garden and to extend my patio

We have water penetration in a kitchen from a capped chimney, formerly for a solid fuel boiler which was in the kitchen. The boiler was removed and the flue and chimney capped in approx 1967. We think this may be arising from poor pointing, poor capping or failure of flashing between house and chimney. We would like quotes for the survey and repair.
