Re-wire to lower ground 2 bed flat 5 rooms & corridor, RSJ approx 8 ft, remove kitchen and new kitchen (small circa 70 sq ft but redesigned to fit dishwasher & washing machine), install patio doors, remove small chimney and make good (non structural as removed above). Remove bathroom stud walls and replace having redesigned. Spotlighting in dinning area, make good any walls after re-wire.
Very professional and they did an excellent job with very few issues at all. Probably slightly more than I expected to pay but then to have a smooth and generally slick service I was happy to pay the extra.Henry

Possibly remove and rebuild extisting plasterboard wall between kitchen and bedroom OR add plasterboard skin over existing wall.
There may well be other work as well depending on quote & budget. I'm renovating the whole 2 bed flat so a site visit would be useful. Could be more work to come as I intend to do this on a regular basis.
He replied to my request for a quote for a job that was clearly described. I called after a week to see what was going on and was told he'd get back to me. A week later still no response so I called again only to be told he wasn't interested as it was to small a job. This guy is a timewaster, don't bother with him. Phil
