I want to carry out renovation work to a 3 bedroom apartment in west kensington. The work will comprise: sanding and restaining floorboards; some replastering and then painting apartment (3 bedrooms, reception, hallway, dining, kitchen); split main bathroom providing main and ensuite and install new suites; built in wardrobes to main bedroom; new kitchen. I am trying to work out whether my budget allows me to do all of this at once, so grateful for breakdown of quotes.
Hugo and his team undertook and completed extensive renovations to my 3 storey townhouse, including the installation of a new kitchen and the construction of new bathrooms. The work was of a very high quality and was achieved within a tight programme. I found Hugo to be very approachable and sensible, and the outturn cost represented very good value for the work carried out. I wouldnt hesitate to provide a recommendation.
