Job not finished yet, but would definetly recommend Drazas Landscaping. They have turned up on time, worked hard in tough conditions (snow, cold, mud etc) and kept me informed of developments at every stage.

The roof of the extension needs certain woods replacing and to my understanding recovering. Glass work with supporting wooden frames needs strengthening as well as gutters. The building has suffered a few minor movements over the years - none of which are progressive and small cracks have appeared. These need to be raked out and re-pointed. The majority of these cracks are on the ground floor level up to the floor of the 1st floor of the building. One goes up to the guttering and the morter underneath a small section of guttering needs replacing. Not a big job but one that needs doing. Please only contact me if you have a ladder long enough to reach the guttering of a standard house.
